  “This company advertises online instruction for open water scuba and nitrox certification. It claims that any agency in the world will accept their online instruction and then allow students to go directly to pool and open water instruction without having to do the classroom work. that is not remotely true. No scuba agency in the world recognizes those online classes. As for nitrox, they offer a card from an agency that they themselves created. It is not recognized anywhere.”
