Merchandise ordered...never received
“I placed an order with this business back in Nov 2010 and still have NOT received my order. I am in the US military stationed overseas. This company claims to ship to APO/FPO addresses via the US Postal Service...this is FALSE. I have already contacted the Northern Alabama BBB to have this issue resolved. Mr Phil Ellis (the owner) owes me $208.65 for two boat coats. I have yet to receive a monetary refund either. Mr. Phil Ellis...I hope that you are NOT stealing from US military service members stationed overseas...fighting for YOUR freedom. Please tell me that is not so? I'm glad you can sleep at night with the blanket of protection that WE military service members provide you...pleasant dreams...Mr. Phil Ellis.”
