“I had the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a store. I will never, ever shop at Scuba Quest again. Customer service is the only way a local shop can stay in business. You won't get any service at Scuba Quest so you might as well buy on line and save a bundle. ” -

lousy customer service or worse
“There was no option for no stars I will never do business with this place again. To bad too as I spent big bucks here ,...bought all my gear from Scuba Quest. I also bought a 100 tank fill dive card( they punch it when you get air) and had two fills on it when they changed store managers. The new manager said I had no card on file but I could buy another however they no longer offered 100 fill cards. Very nice......hey let me spend more money for nothing at your dive shop. I enjoyed not getting my 98 tank fills.”
